Job Description:
As a Client Services Coordinatorat MM Lending responsibilities include educating potential clients on loan programs facilitating client onboarding managing the CRM database coordinating scheduling providing underwriting support and offering administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities:
Client Education: Handle inbound calls to provide potential clients with information about our loan programs and their benefits delivering exceptional customer service.
Client Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless transition from preapproval to active borrower status. Collaborate closely with MM Lending teammates to ensure clear communication and a smooth client experience.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate and uptodate client information ensuring data integrity.
Scheduling Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings appointments and events for the business development team ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Underwriting Support: Assist in processing applications to prequalify investors ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guideline
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks including data entry. Maintain an organized and professional office environment to support team operations.
