Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects.
Reporting Relationship(s): Project Managers
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop manage and update detailed BIM models for electrical projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
- Perform clash detection and resolve any design conflicts before construction begins.
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated into the BIM model.
- Generate and manage project documentation including shop drawings schedules and material takeoffs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM/VDC processes.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in BIM/VDC technology. Collaborate with general contractors to address design issues and develop solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BIM/VDC Specialist preferably in the electrical contracting industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $73000.00 $107000.00 per year
