PARADISE ARCHITECTURAL PANELS AND STEEL is a Florida based company that brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the field of architectural panels metals and structural steelwork.
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This position is ideal for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter update and maintain data in databases and information systems.
Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into relevant systems.
Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data quality.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
