Overview
The HR (Wellness/Beauty) role is a pivotal position within our organization focused on promoting the overall wellbeing and beauty standards of our employees. This role not only encompasses the traditional HR functions but also emphasizes the importance of wellness initiatives tailored to the beauty industry. The HR (Wellness/Beauty) manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance employee satisfaction mental health and physical wellness while ensuring that our beauty standards are met across the organization. This position contributes significantly to fostering a positive workplace culture improving employee productivity and reducing turnover by cultivating an environment where employees feel supported and valued. Additionally the HR (Wellness/Beauty) manager will act as a liaison between employees and management ensuring alignment with organizational goals while promoting health and beauty as integral components of our corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR specifically in wellness programs.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and its trends.
- Experience in program development and implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and assess program effectiveness.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and wellness software.
- Understanding of mental health resources and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in wellness.
- Certification in HR management or wellness coaching is a plus.
