Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviewing and hiring.
- Oversee onboarding for new employees ensuring a welcoming and effective integration into the company.
2. Performance Management
- Implement and manage a performance management system (PMS) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate regular reviews feedback sessions and improvement plans (PIPs).
- Analyze performance data to suggest strategies for improvement.
3. Talent Development
- Assess training needs across the organization and design relevant training programs.
- Organize and facilitate workshops seminars and other learning opportunities.
- Create and implement career development plans for employees focusing on skill enhancement and growth.
4. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and use feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
5. HR Compliance and Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
6. Compensation and Benefits
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in the annual salary review process and manage employee benefits enrollment.
7. Diversity and Inclusion
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
- Support the implementation of programs and policies that foster an inclusive workplace.
8. System Development
- Develop and improve HR systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement new technologies and systems.
9. Working Process Development
- Analyze current processes followed by various departments and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new working processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
11. SOP Development
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments functions.
- Ensure SOPs are clearly documented accessible and followed consistently across the organization.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR with a focus on talent development and process improvement preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR practices policies and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRrelated software.
- Experience in training and development program design and implementation.
- Experience in system development and process improvement.
- Ability to develop clear and effective SOPs.
- Problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
