Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking proactive and skilled Freelance HR Recruiters to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for: Conducting endtoend recruitment processes for various positions particularly in the BPO sector. Sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates through diverse channels including job portals social media and referrals. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions. Maintaining an organized database of candidates and recruitment status updates. Providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Remaining informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this position candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 3 months of recruitment experience preferably within the BPO sector. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While not mandatory the following qualifications and skills would be an advantage: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace. Previous experience in remote recruitment and virtual interviewing. Salary: Performance based. Location: Remote (based out of New Delhi Delhi India).
