DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide coaching mentoring and management to foster a highperformance culture within the HR team ensuring consistent performance and development.
- Apply strategies to improveorganizational effectiveness leadership development workforce enablement and change management.
- Promote a positive employeeemployer relationship that emphasizes diversity and ensures equal access to opportunities for all employees.
- Encourage a collaborative HR environment and work crossfunctionally to deliver on actions that benefit both employees and the business.
- Bring knowledge and expertise in key HR areas with a focus on service centers centers of excellence and HR operations.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business needs and building strong trusting relationships at all levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- 35 years of HRBP experience at a senior level in a fastpaced environment ideally in technology sales or BPO sectors.
- 2 years of experience managing an HR team.
- Previous experience handling employee relations in Ireland with exposure to other European countries a plus.
- Solid knowledgein workforce effectiveness planning gap analysis and development.
- Proven experience supporting and contributing to Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to supportculture and organizational change driving positive people outcomes in alignment with business goals.
- Strong ability to work effectively and collaborate with teams across diverse global and geographically distributed environments.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and making informed decisions in fastpaced dynamic settings.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Highly organized deadlinedriven able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and sound judgment.
