Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment process to attract and hire talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gauge satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and performance.
  • Prepare reports for management on HR activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs across departments.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR software and databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of training and development best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and metricsdriven approach to HR.
  • Experience in crafting HR policies and programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
