Location Hyderabad: 6 days working (Weekends working)
Notice Period Immediate joiner
CTC Upto 5.5 LPA (Fixed) 3 LPA (Variable)

Responsibilities
Identify potential business opportunities and target markets. Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and potential clients.
Generateleads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling networking and referrals. Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present company products or services.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet Weekly Targets.
Buildandmaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Stayupdatedonindustry developments market trends and competitor activities.
Scheduleandconduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of cognico programs.
Providepersonalised attention and exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries concerns and objections professionally and promptly.
Negotiate contracts terms and pricing in line with company guidelines. Should complete all necessary sales documentation and followup activities.

Skills:
Provenexperience in a business development or sales role preferably in a B2C environment is a must .
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
EdtechExperience is a must.
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiencyin using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
Familiarity with market research and Lead Generatio
