Job Description
Support the design and development of core platform infrastructure needed to grow Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in AP
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve endtoend project lifecycle order champions initiatives from start to completion.
Lead and manage projects to streamline business processes enhance operational efficiency
Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational adoption of new processes and technologies
Track and report on project performance metrics including KPIs ROI and other key success indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
Prepare process documentation and provide training the organisation
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years work experience. International experience and exposure to matrixed organizations preferable.
- Proficient in using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project Excel PowerPoint Word Visio etc.).
- Experience in or indepth knowledge of financial services is strongly preferred ideally with a deep understanding of cards and payments. Technology sector experience would also be desirable.
- Good financial acumen and strong analytical modelling skills
- Solutionfocused: thriving in ambiguous highpressure situations ability to adapt and reset priorities in changing circumstances ability to connect the dots and see the big picture.
- Must be resultsoriented able to handle multiple urgent tasks and must effectively deal with ambiguity.
- PowerApps and PowerBI skills are a plus.
