Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in BPO or similar environments.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.

- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
