Job Description
Responsibilities
Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global content strategy that aligns with the company s overall business objectives and brand vision. Ensure the content strategy supports the ecommerce platform s goals including traffic growth user engagement conversion and retention.
SEO and Traffic Generation:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Focus on optimizing website architecture speed mobilefriendliness and other technical factors to improve search engine visibility.
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and oversee a robust social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage the online community.
AI and Technology Integration:
- Stay at the forefront of AI and NLP advancements to continuously innovate and integrate the latest technologies into the ecommerce platform.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Project Management and Quality Control:
- Evaluate and implement project management tools to ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with technical specifications.
Team Management:
- Lead mentor and inspire a diverse content team. Set clear goals KPIs and performance expectations for the team.
Partner Management:
- Develop key alliances with large companies like Google Meta Adobe and Twitter and manage relationships with SEO content and social media tech partner agencies.
Mandatory
- Strong SEO Head / Director / Leader Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) Must have 10 YOE in SEO and Content Marketing across Largescale B2C platforms.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) Must have 5 YOE in Team Leadership in SEO (Manager or above)
- Mandatory (CTC) Current CTC should be atleast 40L or more
- Mandatory (Company) Largescale B2C eCommerce or B2C FinTech Companies only
Preferred
- Preferred (Education) Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communications Marketing or a related field from a reputed institute. Certifications in AI SEO or Project Management are a plus
