About the Role & Responsibilities
The Head of Sites and Partnerships will be responsible for leading and managing the creation of an integrated livelihood ecosystem across rural and periurban regions in Karnataka and Telangana. This role requires a hands on & operational leader who can execute provide feedback insights to support new program creation and scale multidimensional programs that address agriculture livelihoods education financial inclusion and other critical areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex multistakeholder initiatives building partnerships and driving measurable impact at scale.
1 Program Execution
Lead the implementation of an Integrated Area Development that addresses key areas such as agriculture livelihoods education financial inclusion and more. Develop and implement systems for program execution monitoring evaluation and support impact measurement.
Provide primary research support for program design and regular feedback on impact for the implemented programs.
2. Team Leadership and Management
Manage and mentor a team of site leads and field staff across multiple districts.
Prioritizing and work allocation for field staff
Monitoring tracking the implementation at the ground and resource utilisation
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders including community leaders NGOs and private sector partners.
Collaborate with internal teams including program and functional experts to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Identify Invite & seek collaboraations with other NGOs research institutes experts to bring in knowledge and implementation partnerships so that we can make our programs more impactful.
4. Problem Solving and Innovation
Address challenges and solve problems that arise during program implementation.
Navigate ambiguity and complexity to ensure programs remain on track and adapt to changing circumstances.
5. Field Operations and Travel
Spend significant time in the field to oversee program implementation and maintain a strong connection with ground realities.
Travel extensively across program districts in Karnataka and Telangana.
Key Skills
Team management
Proven experience in implementing integrated livelihood programs that address multiple focus areas (e.g. agriculture education financial inclusion).
Proven experience in managing large diverse teams and working with local stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to set up systems and processes for execution and evaluation.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions. Dealing with ambiguity and fast pace environment
