Job Description

Overview
The International Telecaller is a pivotal role in our organization responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients across various international markets. This position requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively understand diverse customer needs and drive sales to meet organizational targets. The successful candidate will play an essential role in promoting our products/services globally handling inquiries addressing concerns and providing exceptional service. This role demands a combination of sales acumen cultural awareness and customer management skills all of which contribute significantly to the companys growth and reputation on an international scale. With immediate joining required we are looking for motivated individuals based in Mumbai who can adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a key player in helping us expand our international footprint while developing a deep understanding of our client base.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in international markets.
  • Engage in conversations providing information about our products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor communication to meet those needs.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into active sales.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective calling strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product understanding.
  • Prepare regular reports on call outcomes and sales progress.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and followups.
  • Work in a teamoriented environment to maximize overall sales success.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in similar sales role.
  • Strong command of English and additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures and client expectations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
  • Experience in international sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for immediate joining.
