Job Description
Open Position: Business & IT Operations Lead (Reputable Technologybased Provider Company)
A reputable Technologybased Provider company is hiring for Business & IT Operations Lead to manage the entire operations for the company and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 10 years working experience in the IT industry with more than 5 years leadership experience managing IT employees
- Working closely with the Managing Director and Management Teams in setting and driving organisational vision operational strategy and hiring IT Talents for the company
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth implementing organizationwide goal setting performance management and annual operations planning
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and organizational outcomes are met
- Ensure effective recruiting onboarding professional development performance management and retention of the employees (Software Developers Product Owners IT Support Specialist Project Managers and etc)
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with employees customers clients partners and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
