Job Description
Open Position: Senior Network Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 Technical Network Support to regional clients
- Good experience in network troubleshooting monitor and analysis by using network managements tools and system.
- Strong experience in Telco technology and Layer 2 Having IT certifications CCNP is a MUST.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. Must have working experience with SDH DWDM and IP networking
- Continuously drive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver the best possible value to the customers
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple technical resources as well as facilitating customer communications during service interruptions or outages
- Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
