We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales of Innergy to SMBs and Enterprises in North America. This remote Indiabased role involves endtoend sales ownership from lead generation to deal closure. The position offers highvalue incentives for successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients; leverage available tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decisionmakers qualify leads and schedule demos
Solution Selling: Present tailored product demos address client needs and position Innergy as a key solution for workplace wellness.
Deal Closure: Manage negotiations finalize contracts and consistently achieve sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline status and performance metrics.
