Job Description
Open Position: ServiceNow Consultant (MNCbased Consulting)
A reputable MNCbased Consulting Company is hiring for ServiceNow Consultant to join them in their Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 5 years of working experience within IT Service Management (ITSM) with ITIL/ServiceNow certification would be added advantage
- Responsible for performing the endtoend development of ServiceNow applications modules and integrations
- Experience delivering largescale ServiceNow engagements or complex IT engagements
- Establishing and evolving best practices for the development efforts within the ServiceNow platform
- Good understanding of ITIL and Agile best practices and methodology
- Ensure customer needs are met within a collaborative environment where work must be coordinated with technical teams and customers
- A customerfocused approach to work and the ability to support the development of digital platform strategies
- Good communication and collaborative skills and experience working with business and technology teams
