You play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our companys products and the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges recommend customized product solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities
Carry out all sales activities from lead generation through closed in an assigned territory to meet the target and achieve sales goal
Responsible for the sale of assigned products and area of coverage.
Plan and carry out sales activities according to directives given by Managers to agreed budgets sales volumes values product mix and outcomes within the scheduled time frame.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by emails post telephone and personal visitations.
Sell conservatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products our Company can offers to their business issues
Carry out market research monitor competitors activities and customer surveys
Continuously improve through feedback and stay updated on industry and product knowledge.
Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
Maintains accurate record of all sales and prospecting activities including sale calls presentations closed sales and follow up activities within assigned areas of coverage
Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients prospects and company employees
Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and building trust & support given to all customers.

Planning problem solving and negotiation skills
Computer literate especially Microsoft Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships is preferable.
