Job Description
Open Position: System Engineer Microsoft (IT Based Company)
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or in any related field.
- Proven working experience of at least 3 years with a strong focus on Microsoft server technologies.
- Design deploy and manage Microsoft server environments including Windows Server operating systems and related services.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and perform timely upgrades and patches to ensure system security and stability.
- Indepth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems Active Directory Group Policy and related services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to endusers addressing Microsoft systemrelated inquiries and issues.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Microsoft technologies trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
