Job Description Human Resource Manager
Job Summary:
The HR for Wellness Department will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process for various wellnessrelated positions within Fashion TV including hiring for FTV Salons Spas Nail Studios Gyms and the Corporate office. This role will focus on sourcing attracting and onboarding skilled professionals who align with Fashion TVs values of luxury highend service and excellence in customer care. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic HR professional with expertise in recruiting for wellness and beautyrelated positions. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that each outlet is fully staffed with the right talent enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting the companys growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
FullCycle Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process for roles across the wellness department including FTV Salon Spa Nail Studio Gym and company headquarters.
Job Postings & Sourcing: Create job descriptions post vacancies on relevant platforms (job boards social media internal platforms) and source candidates through multiple channels including online networking and recruitment agencies.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings shortlisting and interviews for various positions including beauty therapists hair stylists nail technicians gym instructors spa staff and office roles.
Collaboration with Department Heads: Work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs define role requirements and ensure that hiring processes align with department goals and Fashion TV s standards.
Onboarding & Training:
Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of all new hires including orientation on company policies culture and wellness department standards.
Training Coordination: Work with the training department to arrange training for new hires in customer service wellness protocols product knowledge and brand guidelines.
Employee Development: Assist in the development of ongoing training programs and performance reviews to ensure the continued growth of staff across all wellness divisions.
Staffing for Multiple Locations:
Outlets Staffing: Manage recruitment efforts for multiple locations ensuring each outlet is staffed with qualified reliable and passionate professionals who embody the Fashion TV brand.
Remote Recruitment: Handle recruitment for multiple locations both inheadquarters and in regional or remote outlets ensuring that each location is properly staffed with specialized personnel (hairdressers massage therapists fitness instructors etc.).
Roster Management: Support scheduling and availability planning to ensure that outlets are adequately staffed during peak times or seasonal fluctuations.
Employee Relations & Retention:
Retention Programs: Develop and implement strategies for employee retention focusing on creating a supportive and engaging work environment.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator and resolve any staffing or employee concerns in a timely and professional manner ensuring alignment with company policies.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and productive work culture within the wellness department encouraging collaboration feedback and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Administration:
HR Policies: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Fashion TV s internal HR policies regarding hiring practices employee benefits and workplace safety.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of recruitment efforts employee files contracts and performance reviews.
Reporting: Provide regular recruitment updates and staffing reports to the HR Director identifying trends challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
