Job Description
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs for salons spas and the headoffice.
- Develop job descriptions post job advertisements and manage the endtoend recruitment process.
- Source candidates through various channels including recruitment platforms social media and networking specifically targeting professionals from the wellness industry.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and management.
- Assist in the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide HR support as required.
- Travel occasionally to various salon/spa locations for recruitment drives job fairs or training sessions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and report on recruitment metrics to management.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through effective communication and followups.
- Stay updated on industry trends and understand the competitive landscape in the wellness market.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive preferably in the wellness or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and HR principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using HR software and recruitment tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support recruitment efforts.
- Experience in wellness services such as salons spas or fitness centers is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
