The Human Resource Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization is efficiently managing its workforce. This position is responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues including grievances and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
- Conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting and evaluations.
- Participate in strategic planning to align human resources with organizational goals.
- Facilitate exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage employee wellness programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate with management on staff retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for upper management reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Certification in HR (e.g. PHR or SHRMCP) is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing employee relations.
- Willingness to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of payroll practices and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
