Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite HR Generalist role located in New Delhi. The HR Generalist will be responsible for daytoday tasks such as HR management creating and implementing HR policies employee benefits administration and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for maintaining employee records payroll processing and providing support to employees on HRrelated matters.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) or a related field
  • Knowledge of HR management and HR policies
  • Experience in employee benefits administration
  • Understanding of benefits administration procedures
  • Ability to maintain employee records accurately
  • Proficiency in payroll processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: experience with HR software and/or payroll software knowledge of local labor laws strong analytical and problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
