Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Manager Ecommerce

Location: B4 Rd Number 1 Vishwakarma Industrial Area VKI Jaipur Rajasthan 302013.
Experience Required: 7 years in HR management preferably within the ecommerce industry
Employment Type: FullTime

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions within our fastpaced ecommerce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic HR policies managing talent acquisition fostering employee engagement and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They will work closely with leadership to support business objectives through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Drive organizational change and growth initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:

    • Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent.
    • Develop talent management programs including onboarding career development and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
    • Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management:

    • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance productivity.
    • Work with managers to set KPIs and development plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
    • Update HR policies as per industry best practices.
  • Leadership & Team Development:

    • Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
    • Facilitate leadership development programs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a fastpaced ecommerce or startup environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.


Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in ecommerce or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and too
