Job Description
Position: Operations Manager
Location: Remote (CST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM 5 PM (CST)
NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION
Role Overview:
As Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our daytoday operations. You will be instrumental in measuring team performance managing external vendors and projects and problemsolving operational challenges to drive our organization forward. Youll not only lead by example but also have the chance to grow alongside a team of naturally curious doers. Plus youll have the unique opportunity to dive into our industry by taking the LSAT and exploring our LSAT book in your first few weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure team performance.
- Manage external vendors and projects ranging from software development to digital marketing.
- Problemsolving operational issues to create a lean highly productive organization.
Requirements:
- Exceptional spoken English is a must.
- Proficiency in Airtable Slack Hubspot Zapier/Make and Stripe.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Willingness to take an LSAT and read industryspecific materials to learn the industry.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in education or communitybuilding industries.
- Previous experience in an operations role or as a Chief of Staff.
- A naturally curious mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
