Job Description
- Lead and manage the delivery of valuations for a range of property types including residential commercial and specialized assets
- Oversee Loan Security Institutional and Corporate Valuations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including fund managers banks and institutional investors
- Lead client meetings providing expert advice and tailored valuation strategies
- Contribute to business development efforts and help grow the firms client base
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of valuations and reports maintaining high standards of service
- Mentor and support junior members of the team to foster a collaborative and highperforming environment
Qualifications :
- MRICS Qualified with significant postqualification experience
- Proven track record in delivering highquality valuations across multiple property sectors
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant valuation software (knowledge of Argus Developer is desirable)
- Indepth understanding of the London and South East markets
