About the role
As an Associate you will play a key role in providing highquality valuation services to our
clients. This is a clientfacing role that requires initiative analytical skills and excellent
communication abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing your own assignments and developing new client relationships
Leading your own projects from start to finish including planning analysis and reporting
Supporting managers and colleagues in their real estate valuation projects
Conducting various types of valuations including:
o Bank and financial reporting valuations.
o Valuations for property acquisitions or sales.
o Land and development rights valuations.
o Project valuations for real estate development and investments.
Qualifications :
About you
We are seeking a motivated detailoriented individual with strong analytical and interpersonal
skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks while maintaining a
focus on quality and results.
You also bring:
A relevant higher education degree preferably at the masters level with a specialization in real estate finance or economics.
25 years of relevant work experience in valuation
A high level of initiative and a passion for building relationships and delivering excellent client
service.
