Are you ready to lead the financial transformation of a scaleup electric vehicles company in one of the worlds most dynamic regions As theRegional CFO Sweden & Nordics youll play a pivotal role in steering financial performance and strategic growth in Sweden while driving success across the Nordic region. The Responsibilities
As Regional CFO you will:
- Be the strategic financial partnerto the Swedish Managing Director (MD) and the Head of Commercial Operations Nordics driving collaboration and alignmentwith a strong focus on sales and financial performanceacross Sweden and the Nordic region.
- Drive profitability and operational growthby improving sales margins optimizing costs and enhancing cash flow and working capital for Sweden while supporting Nordic markets.
- Ensure compliance and transparencyin statutory reporting accounting tax and cash management for Sweden.
- Lead governance and control efforts ensuring robust internal controls in collaboration with global teams and external auditors.
- Collaborate across global functions including Finance Treasury FP&A and Accounting to align Swedens objectives with global strategies.
- Champion data quality and business insightsby providing actionable analysis tailored to Swedish market needs.
- Develop marketspecific business casesthat align with the Swedish commercial ecosystem and drive regional innovation.
The Ideal Candidate
Were looking for a driven collaborative leader who thrives in a fastpaced transformative environment.
Key qualifications include:
- 10 years in senior finance roles preferably within the automotive or similar industries.
- Expertise in Swedish and Nordic markets with a proven track record in financial steering and operational growth.
- Deep understanding ofSOX compliance IFRS US GAAP Swedish GAAP and local reporting requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting skills with a datadriven approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
- Strong communication skills to present financial insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in U.S.listed companies or international settings is a plus.
