In our R&D department you join a highly motivated multidisciplinary team of biologists immunologists chemists and engineers who are eager to work with you to develop the next generation T cell therapies.
- In this exciting role you will join a highly ambitious team that develops next generation CliniMACS Prodigy and Plus T cell applications for clinical use.
- You coordinate the development and market release of GMP reagents and applications for the CliniMACS Prodigy and Plus system to enable automated and fully closed production of T cell therapies.
- You work closely with other R&D teams and across departments such as Marketing Engineering and Clinical Manufacturing.
- You coordinate a small team that will be trained on the CliniMACS Prodigy and Plus under your guidance.
- You are responsible for preparing summarizing and reporting results in internal and external meetings.
Qualifications :
- You have an MSc or PhD in Life Sciences ideally with initial professional experience in clinically relevant process and system development.
- Your solid foundational knowledge in immunology is complemented by a broad expertise in immunological techniques such as cultivation activation and gene modification of human T cells and in vitro functional analysis. Experience with regulatory T (Treg) cells is a plus.
- You have experience in project management and project leadership. Practical knowledge in the field of quality assurance and regulatory affairs as well as experience in documentation with and under design control according to DIN EN ISO 13485 are advantageous.
- Your strong technical interest and eagerness to learn are matched by your enjoyment of integrating technology with biology. Ideally you are versed in the manufacturing platform CliniMACS Prodigy.
