We are now looking for a driver coordinator to ensure our high quality and processes with the driver segment.
About the Job
We are expanding our team at the heart of our operationsproduction. Being a driver coordinator with us is not just about deliveries; its also about providing excellent service and accuracy. As a driver coordinator you will be involved in driver quality monitoring and followup driver training vehicle monitoring and other tasks at the terminal. The position is fulltime with working hours varying between 08:00 and 22:00 mainly between MonFri but weekends are possible.
You will operate from our new flagship terminal in Vantaa ensuring the quality of the Capital region but also creating processes for the rest of Finland together with our Vantaa Terminal Manager and our Courier Engagement people.
About You:

You are reliable detailoriented and a problemsolver. Additionally we value teamwork as collaboration is an essential part of the role.
Requirements
Category B drivers license but C1 is preferable
Fluent in Finnish and English

Previous experience in the logistics industry and/or quality metrics and KPIs
