The role

Mintads.com a successful globally operating and growing performance marketing network is setting up shop in the center of Amsterdam. You will be responsible for building and leading an internal team that will be responsible for technically setting up and monitoring performance for inhouse offers.

Were looking for a seasoned expert in eCommerce who understands monitoring affiliates & campaign management and the tech behind it and with the ability to grow and manage a team. This will be a greenfield role for an autonomous highly driven entrepreneurial individual with advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.

You thrive in a fastpaced commercial environment have a hit the ground running mentality and are an excellent problem solver. You understand that our business runs 24x7 and requires 100% up time. The (technical) backbone of our operations will hold no secrets for you and you will cover both handson as well as managerial aspects.

The playing field

Although we dont expect you to have handson experience with all of the following you have a deep understanding of our trade and will easily catch up:

• Offers and Affiliate Network Platform Administration: Everflow smtpservice PearlDiver Mailgun CloudFlare Statsig.com Shipstation NMI FluidPay Stripe Paypal etc.

• Campaign management: creation in CRM we have a homegrown CRM system) updating / making changes QC of landing pages campaign health monitoring of performance and affiliate fraud conversion / attribution pixel tracking / testing translations (internationalization of offers with language and regional support) affiliate Network / Client interaction / Support / Performance monitoring act as CS liaison (support / informing of offers) RDR / CB / Collab / Alerts Marking and returns marketing in CRM issue reporting (opening tickets) with platform providers / qc after fixes and subscription management.

• Campaign optimization: A/B split testing mid optimization report auditing and quality dunning of declines.

• Data Monetization Integration and Performance Management: abandoned cart / partials monetization with SMS providers visitor data collection and deployment to email and sms providers and lookalike lists.

• Mid Management: cascading routing pools decline management / optimization approvals monitoring descriptor testing gateway split testing gateway configuration BIN routing.

We are looking for someone already based in The Netherlands or who has planned relocation to The Netherlands already. Considering its an inoffice role you will ideally be located in or around the Amsterdam area. Indepth knowledge of the principles behind our business model is key including understanding the importance of up time payment providers campaign optimization et cetera. It is critical that you are an effective manager of people and can setup and manage repeatable processes including the implementation and oversight of established playbooks.

You will naturally understand that this doesnt match a 9to5 mentality and it is predominantly an inoffice role. You could start your day late (also considering the various time zones covered and liaising with mainly the US) but youre definitely okay with putting in extra hours / being oncall outside of regular office hours.
