Job Description
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Identify qualify and convert potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Act as the primary points of contract for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular followups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer concerns or queries.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Chinese and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
- Preferred: Concrete knowledge
