Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential leads and growth opportunities.
  • Reaching out to prospective clients via phone email and social media platforms.
  • Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and assessing their readiness for sales engagement.
  • Engaging in active listening to understand client needs and tailor communication strategies.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospects to foster trust and interest.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Continuously following up on leads to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Assisting in the development of sales scripts and outreach templates.
  • Providing feedback on prospect responses to help improve future outreach efforts.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and participating in team meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales telemarketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence others.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with digital communication tools (e.g. Zoom Slack) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Athleticism in meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving results.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Experience in outbound sales activities preferred.
  • Ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
