Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough market research to identify potential leads and growth opportunities.
- Reaching out to prospective clients via phone email and social media platforms.
- Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and assessing their readiness for sales engagement.
- Engaging in active listening to understand client needs and tailor communication strategies.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospects to foster trust and interest.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
- Preparing and presenting reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Continuously following up on leads to ensure consistent engagement.
- Assisting in the development of sales scripts and outreach templates.
- Providing feedback on prospect responses to help improve future outreach efforts.
- Meeting and exceeding daily weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Contributing to a positive team culture and participating in team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales telemarketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence others.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with digital communication tools (e.g. Zoom Slack) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
