- Manage the opening setup and inventory processes of operational stores within the Sales Operations Department.
- Develop and follow up on operational procedures for field teams.
- Manage all processes and needs that arise within the existing ERP system.
- Track all purchases for stores within the network.
- Ensure interdepartmental coordination and regularly communicate the outcomes to field teams.
- Monitor the processes of new projects alongside existing ones.
- Be involved in commercial planning processes provide guidance and track field developments with effective reporting.
- Effectively monitor regional and storespecific performance.
- Monitor store financial and profitability processes (bank cash inventory stock etc.).
- Track customer relations processes (complaints satisfaction etc.).
Qualifications :
- Experienced with over 10 years in the food retail industry.
- Strong problemsolving analytical thinking and coordination skills.
- Experience and background in smallscale retail operations.
- Technical knowledge and skills related to ERP system operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
- Able to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work pace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative work style.
- Planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English (preferred).
