Wolt Hungary founded in 2018 now operates in over 90 cities partnering with more than 5500 restaurants and retail businesses nationwide. Our mission is to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. We aim to simplify the busy lives of our customers help local stores and restaurants increase their sales and provide flexible earning opportunities for our courier partners.

As we continue to expand were looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team and drive our growth even further!

What youll be doing:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential restaurant and retail partners that align with Wolts business objectives in Hungary.

  • Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to achieve individual sales targets.

  • Leading and facilitating meetings with external partners in both Hungarian and English to foster collaboration and drive business growth.

  • Proactively addressing partner issues or challenges during the negotiation cycle ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to maintain strong relationships.

  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Onboarding Marketing and Operations to ensure a smooth integration process for new partners.

  • Analyzing sales and market opportunities within assigned territories to maximize business potential.

  • Utilizing tools like Excel for standard calculations Ops Tools for merchantrelated tasks and Looker for basic report analysis.

  • Contributing to crossfunctional projects to drive Wolts business development and overall growth.


Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C field sales business development or a Sales Manager role.

  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with a natural talent for fostering strong partnerships.

  • A stakeholderfocused mindset capable of managing multiple relationships effectively.

  • Advanced negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing profitable deals.

  • A customercentric approach prioritizing partner satisfaction and longterm success.

  • Proactive solutionoriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes CRM systems and proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics.

  • Strong analytical thinking leveraging data to make informed decisions.

  • Driving license.

  • Fluent in Hungarian with excellent communication skills in English.

  • Experience in restaurant management hospitality or retail is a plus but not required.
