Our Merchant Services team is the heart and soul of Wolt. We ensure that we set all our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding menu and photo experience. As Wolt grows in scale and scope of offerings the strength of our merchant services engine must grow with it.
As the Regional Vendor Manager you will play a critical role in managing our vendor health quality of services and performance apart from supporting the team with datarelated requests and process documentation.
What Youll Do
Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors across multiple markets to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) performance indicators and metrics as well as contractual obligations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional and global teams to evaluate vendor performance identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions to optimize service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within vendor management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive the implementation of global projects / programs to the local vendors servicing multiple markets in close collaboration with the global Vendor Management function
Create and maintain an operational handbook to make sure all our vendor related processes are kept up to date while being in sync with other internal key stakeholders such as IT security or compliance
You track evaluate and report vendor performance and are participating in regular vendor performance reviews next to supporting the team with data requests and reporting
You establish a feedback loop between Wolt Inhouse teams and Vendors
Qualifications :
Extensive toplevel experience in BPO relationship management and contract negotiation and administration
Expertise in contact center forecasting scheduling and capacity planning and working with skillbased contact routing environments
You are customercentric you have a customerfirst mentality are effective at working with people with varying degrees of technical ability
Awesome analytical abilities; youre able to dig into complex data sets to help inform decisions
Strong written verbal and visual communication skills and a proven ability to influence and drive consensus at all levels of an organization
