Position Intern Event Coordination
Location Powai Mumbai
Who are we
Based out of IIT Bombay HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by Indias most respected science agencies (DST BIRAC DBT) we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi 2022.
What we want you to do
- Assist in planning organizing and executing events including corporate gatherings product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of event marketing materials such as brochures.
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication for eventrelated activities.
- Help gather and organize input from both teams to streamline event planning and execution.
What are we looking in you
- Completed a degree in Marketing Business Administration Event Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solutionoriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with event management tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
