Job Description for Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Process Energex documents for solar installation approvals
- Complete STC forms for government rebate applications
- Create and manage jobs in Simpro job management software
- Prepare invoices and get them ready for authorization
- Handle general administrative tasks and paperwork
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document processing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using job management software (experience with Simpro is a plus)
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and external agencies
- Basic understanding of invoicing processes
Scope:
- Handle all administrative aspects of solar installation projects
- Manage document flow for government approvals and rebates
- Support the invoicing process from job preparation to authorization
- Maintain accurate records in the company s job management system
- Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm AEST with a 30minute paid break
