Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Apprentice Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in financial operations while working towards a Finance qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing invoices
- Enter and manage financial transactions using accounting software.
- Address customer inquiries regarding billing and payments professionally and promptly.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements with internal records.
- Process supplier invoices and coordinate with managers for necessary approvals.
- Aid in payroll processing and expense management as required.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assisting with preparing documents for compliance
Qualifications:
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in finance and accounting.
