Job Description

Key objectives of this role are:

R1.Liaising with government officials and project stakeholders regular meetings & followups with

R2.Government officials from GWMC GIDC GSUDA DMA DOP Gram panchayaths etc.

R3.Develop detailed project plans for IEC executing as per the timelines

R4.Plan the delivery of the project(s) in accordance with the goals and objectives.

R5.Periodically visit different Village Panchayats to gather inputs to build the monitoring

framework perform field testing of the framework and provide feedback.

R6.Organize stakeholder meetings and perform stakeholder management.

R7.Monitoring the IEC activities on a regular basis and conduct evaluations according to the

program evaluation framework.

R8.Report evaluation findings to Project Manager and recommend changes to enhance the

program as appropriate.

R9.Write reports and manage client/partner communication for the project.

R10.Coordinate the delivery of services among different activities to increase effectiveness and

efficiency.

R11.Help with project staffing primarily recruitment of Field supervisors & field staffs for MRF.

R12.Communicate with clients/partners and other stakeholders to gain community support for the

project and solicit input to improve the same.

R13.Enlist the cooperation and assistance of Government Departments NGOs and other citizen

initiatives wherever required to ensure achievement of project objectives.

R14.Engage volunteers for appropriate program activities using established volunteer management

practices.

R15.Coordinate with MRF Operations team for the sourcing waste from Village Panchayats & share

the reports vice versa.

R16.Support in building a pipeline of BWG waste workers s dealers & aggregators through

whom waste can be sourced

R17.Support in Identifying and onboarding the local vendors as per vendor onboarding process

R18.To define a target as per AOP projections and get it implemented month by month.

R19.Support in Hiring and Training of Field Staff for MRF.

R20.Health card KPIs of productivity in ZOHO. Maintain Records Analyze actual vs target and

implement changes.

R21.Ensuring regular client meetings & prepare regular status reports for the client highlighting

project milestones risks and accomplishments
