Job Description:
Join us as an Outpatient Physical Therapist where you can apply your skills and knowledge to improve patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves direct patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver exceptional physical therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patient needs across all age groups and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor patient care interventions adjusting treatments to maximize effectiveness and patient safety.
- Maintain highquality documentation that supports care delivery and complies with professional standards.
- Analyze performance data to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- Engage in continuous professional development and apply new skills to clinical practice.
- Participate in community and hospital initiatives that support the growth and development of the physical therapy department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current unrestricted Colorado State Physical Therapy license.
- BLS Certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical practices and standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
