Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Everett Washington
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $80000 $90000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Everett Washington. In this fulltime role you will work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday treating an average of 14 patients per day. This position provides an excellent opportunity for both professional growth and patient care impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess the physical therapy needs of patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients needs.
- Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other treatment interventions.
- Educate patients and families about therapeutic processes and strategies to support recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
