Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85000 $95000 annually
Bonuses:

Job Overview:
This fulltime role provides the opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 14 patients per day Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through personalized physical therapy programs collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide handson therapy aimed at improving patient mobility reducing pain and enhancing physical function.
- Maintain accurate patient records including treatment plans progress notes and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on proper exercises techniques and postcare instructions to promote recovery.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supervise and mentor support staff and interns as needed.
- Stay current with physical therapy best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
