Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Hayward California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85000 $95000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance
Job Overview:
This fulltime position allows for a worklife balance with a Monday through Friday schedule. You will be responsible for providing topquality physical therapy care to an average of 14 patients per day contributing to their rehabilitation and longterm wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical conditions needs and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility strength and reducing pain.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery processes.
- Document patient progress and maintain comprehensive treatment records.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Mentor support staff and interns as needed.
- Continue professional development through education and staying updated on current best practices.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Open to new graduates; 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
