Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: San Ramon California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85000 $95000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
Job Overview:
This fulltime position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule allowing for a balanced worklife routine. You will be responsible for treating an average of 14 patients per day helping them regain mobility reduce pain and improve their overall quality of life through comprehensive physical therapy treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and physical interventions tailored to the patients condition.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families about ongoing care and therapy exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure highquality patient care.
- Mentor and supervise support staff and students when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Open to new graduates; 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
