Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Sacramento California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $80000 $90000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Sacramento California. In this fulltime role you will work a regular MondayFriday schedule providing highquality physical therapy services to an average of 14 patients per day. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and create customized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies exercises and longterm health practices.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: 12 years of clinical experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
