Responsibilities
- Spearhead email marketing campaigns using Apollo.io crafting engaging sequences that resonate with our diverse client base
- Develop and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence leveraging the platform for lead generation and relationship building
- Qualify prospects with precision ensuring a highquality pipeline of potential clients
- Monitor and optimize email deliverability rates to maximize outreach effectiveness
- Conduct targeted phone outreach to warm leads turning interest into concrete business opportunities
- Manage and refine our contact database ensuring data accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate directly with the business owner to finetune outreach strategies and messaging
- Track and analyze outreach metrics providing insights to continually improve our lead generation process
- Nurture longterm relationships with potential clients through strategic followups and personalized communication
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools particularly Apollo.io
- Sales and appointment setting experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and social selling techniques
- Sharp attention to detail and strong data management skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Background in sales or customer service preferably in B2B environments
- Comfort with making phone calls and engaging in sales conversations
- Familiarity with or interest in the landscaping architecture or urban planning sectors is advantageous
- Ability to work 2040 hours per week depending on whether the role is parttime or fulltime
- Techsavvy with the capability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding outreach and lead generation targets
- Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and social selling techniques
