We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for a PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME MORNING SHIFT OPPORTUNITY with a proven track record of managing multiple clients and virtual assistants in the Outsourcing or BPO industry. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction team productivity and operational efficiency.


What you will do:

  • Oversee daytoday operations ensuring seamless coordination across multiple clients and virtual assistants.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as the primary point of contact for operational concerns.
  • Develop implement and optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Help with the recruitment and onboarding virtual assistants to align with client needs and company standards.
  • Monitor team performance ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team objectives with company goals.
  • Address and resolve client escalations promptly and professionally.


What you need to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the Outsourcing or BPO industry.
  • Proven experience handling multiple clients and managing virtual assistant teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
