The HR Executive will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department primarily focusing on recruitment. Requirements
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings resume screening interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and uptodate.
- Manage organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the administration of employee benefits including health insurance and leave management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Manage in generating HR reports and presentations for management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
